LivePerson is currently seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our IT team based out of our New York office.
- Performs maintenance functions such as user creation and assignment of rights and permissions
- Should be familiar with Microsoft DHCP, DNS and Active Directory
- Knowledge of remote access
- Answers and responds to Help Desk calls
- Installs and configures county applications on computers as required
- Maintains compliance with software licensing and inventory
- Maintains compliance of operating systems Windows, all versions (7,8,10, 2008 and 2012)
- Ability to install and administer computer hardware and software
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and operating system
- Be familiar with all hardware and software
- Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
- Provide individual training and support on request
- Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware and software
- Install workstations, Laptops and peripheral devices
- Knowledgeable in Imaging Solutions
