Summary

Livefyre is seeking an experienced B2B marketer to develop programs with a quantitative foundation that drive demand and support the company’s revenue goals. This position will own the strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and retention, including email marketing, lead nurturing, SEO, social media marketing, targeted advertising, whitepaper and webinar programs.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute an integrated account based marketing strategy that generates demand from target buyers within strategic accounts.
  • Build and execute Livefyre’s whitepaper, webinar and advertising programs to drive top funnel awareness and education.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive lead nurturing strategy in Pardot, including lead scoring models, drip campaigns and SDR/sales rep notifications.
  • Own SEO strategy and execution for Livefyre’s website and blog. Collaborate closely with Livefyre’s Communications Team to build effective distribution strategies for Livefyre’s thought leadership content that drives higher organic search rankings.
  • Own website content targeting strategy and execution through Demandbase to increase the percentage of prospects from strategic target accounts who are visiting Livefyre’s website, engaging with content and requesting demos.
  • Ensure that Livefyre’s website, ad campaigns and landing pages are optimized to drive an increasing number of conversions from qualified prospects.
  • Provide Community Manager with target lists in order to facilitate meaningful engagement with key prospects on social media.
  • Recommend new strategies and tools to drive incremental demand within key industry segments.
  • Report on campaign performance on a weekly basis and make regular program optimization recommendations.
  • Manage Sr. Marketing Coordinator, responsible for tactical execution of content creation, email coding and campaign deployment.
Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years experience working for a B2B technology start-up, preferably in the field of interactive marketing or advertising.
  • Experience with direct marketing and/or account based marketing preferred.
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based off of data.
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce.com and marketing automation systems.
  • Highly efficient team player who is hands-on and always testing/optimizing.
  • Loves collaborating with others to come up with unique and impactful programs.
  • Desire to work for a fun, fast-paced start-up on an amazing growth trajectory.
  • BA, BS or higher in marketing, communications, business or similar field.
