Liquid was founded in 2008 as Liquid Wireless, a mobile-focused company providing performance marketing campaigns for a variety of finance, insurance, education, and lifestyle businesses. Our analytical, client-focused approach delivered highly engaged, top-value customers for our clients, helping us to become an early leader in the mobile ad tech space. In 2011, Liquid was acquired by Publishers Clearing House, the “big checks” brand that has evolved into a leading commerce and digital gaming company. As PCH’s mobile traffic skyrocketed, PCH realized that they had no way of showing ads to monetize these customers. Liquid answered that need, bringing a deep level of mobile advertising expertise to help PCH monetize their rapidly growing mobile audience. Today, Liquid is PCH’s comprehensive ad solutions platform for all digital media. Headquartered in Portland, Maine, with offices in New York City and Boston, we leverage first-party PCH consumer profiles to deliver scalable, data-powered ad products for app developers, performance marketers, brands, and agencies. Since acquiring our own programmatic platform in 2014, Liquid is able to help advertisers model and target their ideal customers across devices and platforms more accurately than ever before.
