Summary

To provide general sales office support

Responsibilities
  • Enter and process customer orders.
  • Check for short shipments or orders that have been billed but not shipped.
  • Investigate why order did not ship and inform customer when necessary.
  • Verify pricing and other information.
  • Process debit and credit memos, returned goods authorizations, and monthly district office reports.
  • Maintain files, reports, and correspondence.
  • Reconciliation of month-end expense reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries and assist them in arriving at a solution.
  • Arrange for shipping and receiving of office demonstration material and equipment.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with general office equipment.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint as well as knowledge of or ability to learn the entire Order Entry system.
  • An uncompromising attitude toward quality and customer service.
