Responsibilities
  • Create and present regular business results reporting to key areas including marketing, product, resort partners, business planning and leadership.

  • Build and manage complex financial models to support business decision making and forecast efforts.

  • Partner with marketing team on analytics helping to ensure optimal return on marketing spend. Includes maintaining attribution model, new initiative underwriting, program specific ROI analyses, etc.

  • Partner with product team to measure short and long term impact of proposed projects and efficacy of current features

  • Collaborate with resort partner analytics team to help identify and forecast the impact of sales initiatives and product enhancements

  • Work with senior leadership and department heads to assist in annual budget process

  • Extract, analyze, and collate data from a variety of sources to create both regular and ad hoc reporting

  • Perform in depth variance analyses to help the business understand past performance and future potential

  • Help research and model growth/expansion opportunities

Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ years of experience in finance or marketing analytics, or triple bonus points for both!

  • Experience with FP&A

  • Prior work experience in marketing

  • Experience building financial models and creating reports

  • Advanced skills in Excel

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in finance/accounting/economics or similar.

Bonus points for:

  • Prior work experience with FP&A in marketing analytics at a retail-focused company (this would be ideal but it’s not required to be successful in this role)

  • An understanding of databases and querying. Some SQL knowledge is a big plus.

  • Experience with Google Analytics or a similar tool.

  • Experience working in eCommerce.
