Still owned by the Leprino family, we’ve set our sights to become the “World’s Best Dairy Food and Ingredient Company.”
Identify or develop products that meet customer / consumer needs by defining requirements, evaluate existing products for applicability or apply knowledge to develop new process capable products from bench top to pilot plant production. Lead the process for a smooth and effective commercialization of new products into full scale production. Develop manufacturing specifications, communicate critical requirements, and provide expertise throughout the development stage of a product. Build knowledge and share technical expertise in the area of dairy based ingredients and applications; incorporate into a personal development plan. Coordinate technical/research projects and resources. Travel up to 30%.
- 2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD Degree
- Background in food safety, statistical analysis, and sensory testing beneficial.
