The BOM Specialist will join Leggett & Platt’s Adjustable Bed unit in Carthage, MO specializing in producing a variety of adjustable bed sleep systems. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented with the ability to organize and maintain critical product information.

• Create BOM’s given input from Engineering teams and Product Managers
• Input and maintain BOM’s for all Adjustable Base Manufacturing locations
• Assist manufacturing sites with routing changes as needed

• Experience with LPCS or equivalent system
• Experience in manufacturing and/or engineering preferred.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings a plus.
• Strong computer skills with demonstrated strength in Excel
• Must be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure
• Detailed oriented
• Effective communicator
• High school diploma or equivalent required
