As a Product Marketing Manager you are a fully dedicated business leader helping drive LegalZoom growth by shaping product vision and consumer perception. You own the product marketing experience, collaborating with cross-functional departments to design, develop, launch and grow our services and customer base. You are creative, analytical and detail oriented with strong communication, relationship building and project management skills. You’re an accomplished product marketer with extensive campaign, creative production, and cross channel marketing
- Create and manage marketing plans gathering input from cross-functional stake holders
- Create positioning and messaging for consumer and small business products/services that resonates with prospective customers and helps drive growth
- Develop and manage integrated full-funnel marketing programs
- Develop and maintain sales collateral to support sales teams
- Work with the content marketing team to develop a content plan to support products (marketing collateral)
- Act as the primary point of contact for product marketing and related teams
- Drive go-to-market launches, announcements, and campaigns programs
- Influence product strategy, testing, research and content
- Contribute to market research projects to better understand the market and gather intelligence to help inform product decisions and messaging
- Surface product opportunities and challenges
- Support product briefing, exploration, design, and partnership
- Work with Marketing, Product Management, UX/Creative, Sales, Customer Care, Training & Shared Services, PR, Engineering, Legal and Business Development
- At least 2-5 years of Product Marketing experience
- Product Marketing experience at national brands and startups
- Experience working closely with product managers
- Exposure to product strategy, design and development principles and processes
- Experience with nationwide campaigns, communications and go-to-market initiatives
- Applied user insights, research and testing to marketing strategy
- Worked extensively with product, creative, sales, legal, finance, operations, customer service and quality assurance teams

Pragmatic Marketing Certification (PMC)
