Product Manager for Data Cloud

Lattice is looking for a lead product manager for Lattice Data Cloud platform, a set of strategic data services that provide information and insights about millions of companies and individual B2B buyers. These data assets are exposed as platform service that is integral component of all Lattice products and is used by data science and services teams to extract and transform data for analysis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in creating category-defining products and in shaping the future of B2B marketing and sales organizations.
This is also a highly visible role. You will report directly to VP of Products, and work closely with other executives in the company.
- Build most comprehensive and complete data assets about B2B companies and individuals globally.
- Build highly scalable, available & reliable REST-API services to ingest, process, match and exact information and insights about accounts and contacts from various sources.
- Build and expose internal tools, dashboards and frameworks to enable modeling & data curation by data science team
- Build internal dashboards to characterize the data and ensure its quality prior to publishing new versions.
Your overall responsibilities are:
- Lead the Lattice’s data sourcing and cu ration vision and strategy.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard new data sources.
- Own technical relationship with Lattice data partners.
- Build and manage product roadmap and get executive buy-in
- Engage directly and regularly with customers and services teams to
- Develop solid understanding of their data needs,
- Validate requirements and
- Test early data products
- Partner with Data science team to curate data science backlog, plan and priorities sprint stories and deliver the roadmap.

- Structure data-driven experimentation and measurement framework to track and report product success or lack of thereof.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to support creation of customer driven messaging, sales enablement tools and thought leadership materials to execute the go-to market strategy
- A strong entrepreneurial bent; Do whatever it takes to get your products out-the-door and never hesitate to roll up your sleeves.
- A computer science degree or equivalent, 3+ years of hands-on software engineering and 3+ years product management experience delivering data platforms products for internal or external consumers.
- A strong data analysis skills and data-driven decision mindset – you love finding insights from large volumes of data to drive product requirements but don’t get stuck with analysis paralysis. A/B testing experiments, XL and SQL are your best friends.
- Internalized the art of applying lean product development and continuous improvement principles to arrive at a viable product quickly while reducing waste.
- Great track record of working with engineering and data science teams; you sweat the details and bring the donuts.
- Prior experience building data platforms leveraging B2B data providers would a big plus.
