Responsibilities
* Lead and assist multiple development teams in the architecture and development of software platforms and solutions
* Manage software development projects and resources
* Ensure high-quality applications and systems are delivered to the business
Ideal Candidate
* achelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS or related field or equivalent work experience
* Minimum of 3 years Java Development, and leadership experience in an Object Oriented environment
* Experience with J2EE (JSP, Servlet, EJB, JDBC, SQL)
* Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML are also required – AJAX or HTML 5 is a plus
* Proven leadership and project management experience
* Demonstrated ability to successfully manage change throughout a moderately to large sized organization
