• 3+ years experience building web applications
• Expert knowledge of functional languages and MVC architecture (Ruby on Rails, Python, PHP)
• Recent Ruby on Rails and PHP or Node.js development experience
• Comfortable with test-driven development
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ember, Backbone, Angular)
• Contribute to the full product cycle
• Passionate about algorithms, data structures, and design
• Experience with version control and continuous integration
• Know and work with Git
• Eager to share your GitHub or other public repositories with us
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead projects/teams
• Work and thrive in an agile environment
• Rabid documentation of code
• API creation and maintenance
• Experience handling rapid user growth
• Experience building and designing large scale applications
• BS or higher degree in computer science or similar field
• Any apps that you have developed on your own
