At Kindred at Home, we seek to deliver quality professional medical, rehabilitative, palliative and end-of-life care for all patients, including those with acute, long-term or terminal needs. Our experienced nurses, therapists and aides focus on each unique patient to deliver the appropriate medical, rehabilitative, emotional and support needs of each patient and their families. For our medical and non-medical home care patients, we enable them to remain at home – or safely return home - after a stay in another acute or post-acute setting - in familiar surroundings as they receive critical medical and rehabilitative care essential for full recovery and independence.
