- This individual will be working with a vibrant and diverse team to schedule and build some of the largest and most exciting
- construction projects throughout North America. The position entails the development of CPM schedules on construction
- projects at the proposal stage along with preparation and updating of schedules at the construction stage. This position may require some travel.
- The position also offers the opportunity to expand into the contract administration field where cost control preparation,
- monitoring, and reporting will be applied to ongoing projects.
- Undergraduate degree in Civil, Architectural or Construction Management.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
- Strong work ethic - Highly motivated and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Primavera Software experience required.
- 3 Years minimum experience in the scheduling construction related field.
