• Managing a line of business scale endeavor requiring multiple independent work streams to accomplish a defined result
• Responsible for managing a significant number of complex technology programs running across multiple lines of business, containing multiple, interrelated projects targeting at achieving an overall business goal
• Leads programs from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, analysis, design development and implementation
• Critical Thinking: anticipates problems and establishes methods to mitigate project/program risks
• Establishes program requirements, priorities, and deadlines
• Ensures program is completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant firm-wide guidelines; coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects
• Responsible for facing-off with executive leadership and GTI resources to deliver projects in the book of work
• Accountable for managing high cost budgets, monitors program progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly
• Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members
• Role may also include people management responsibilities

• Evaluation of impact to Total Cost of Ownership for large complex technology programs with multiple simultaneous and interrelated projects
