Network Engineer

• Design and implement Cisco networks for a VoIP and data environment
• Setup and support high density Wi-Fi deployments
• Independently maintain and troubleshoot LAN and WAN networks
• Support Microsoft and Apple workstations and mobile devices

• At least 6 years in a technical / IT customer-support role
• Experience with high-performance and high-availability networks
• Experience with high-performance and high-density wireless networks
• Experience with installing networks using devices including routers, switches, security appliances
• Experience with voice, data and fiber networks
• Experience supporting 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac wireless networks
• Understanding of Metro Ethernet, FiOS, Cable Modems, and T1
• Extensive experience with TCP/IP, Subnets, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and QoS
• Experience in PC/Mac Desktop support
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Must be able to interface with all team members both internal and external (technical and non-technical)
• CCNA or CWNA certifications preferred
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
