North American Customer Service Representative – Collegeville, PA

Great Opportunity with an Industry Leading Chemical Company!

• Manage all customer service related activities, including order processing and customer setup
• Build relationship with AgroFresh Customers, so that their needs are fully understood and met
• Ensure streamlined OTC (order to cash) process in NAR (North American Region)
• Work closely with AgroFresh commercial, supply, and third party service provider organization
• Support new product launches from the Order to cash work process prospective
• Manage consignment process and monitor stock levels at Service Providers
• Cultivate a customer focused culture
• Lead customer Service improvement project

• College education/degree preferred but not required Experience
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Good working knowledge of SAP is required
• Must be strong with MS Excel (macros, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc)
• Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook
• Effective communicator concise, explicit and influencing capability
• Basic understanding of logistics requirements for global business import, export, and trade compliance
