As an Insurance Specialist placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for the accurate and responsive intake of new patient referrals. Our client’s fast-paced, team-oriented environment is the perfect place to take career to the next level.

• Customer service with excellent phone skills
• Recording call details in the computer system
• Initiating referrals and managing consults
• Intake of new patient referrals from the Sales Staff, the referring practice professionals or Patient information Coordinators

• 6 months + of Customer Service in Insurance or Medical
• Prior Claims experience
• Medical Billing/Coding candidates may be considered
• Word and Excel, must be listed on the resume
• High School diploma or equivalent
