Directs a team focused on quality patient service through ongoing staff development. Oversees and monitors all aspects of Call Center functions and staff. Responsible for ensuring productive and positive communication between Call Center, Physicians, and support staff. Administers call handling and voice information technology and support systems.

Technical understanding of information systems used within a Call Center

Prior NextGen or Epic experience

IDX, knowledge of status reports, CRX System

Medical Insurance
Experience Requirements:
-
4 years electronic practice management/electronic health records
-
4 years of demonstrated successful personnel management
-
Healthcare supervisory or management background

Call Center experience
-
ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) or other Call Center systems monitoring
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor-s Degree
Physical Requirements:
- Work may require sitting for long periods of time, and also stooping, bending and stretching for files and supplies. Employee will occasionally be asked to lift files or paper weighing up to 30 pounds. Position requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, operate a computer, telephone, calculator, copier, and such other office equipment as necessary. Vision must be correctable to 20/20 and hearing must be in the normal range for telephone contacts. Position also requires viewing computer screens and typing for long periods of time, and working in an environment which can be very stressful.
Typical Working Conditions
- Work involves frequent contact with patients. Work maybe stressful at times. Interaction with others is constant and interruptive.
