The Kasasa marketing internship is a great opportunity to build your portfolio through hands-on experience in traditional and online marketing for a national brand. Interns will work directly with multiple members of the Program Design & Management team to develop and execute various programs and projects. More specifically they will work on direct marketing tactics like Email and Direct Mail to launch campaigns and programs for our clients, Community Financial Institutions.
- Engage with client via email and phone calls to collect information needed to execute marketing programs (email and direct mail predominately)
- Build and construct landing pages (no HTML experience required)
- QA marketing collateral and creative to assure the highest quality
- Insert and manage tickets to other operations teams
- Input key details of marketing program execution into CRM (client relationship management platform)
- Manage launch documents and assets
- Assist program managers with launch of programs
- Assist program managers with tracking program launch status
- Assist program managers the internal user knowledgebase (Confluence and MindQuilt)
- Assist with ad hoc projects from team members as requested
Education Requirement:
Must be enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university
Experience Required:
- Proficiency in brand marketing, business administration, advertising, and/or other mass communications-related field.
- Client facing position or sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent writing and grammar skills with a strong attention to detail
- Has worked in a client-centric environment or in sales
- Marketing, business, advertising, journalism, or PR degree program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of and an interest in marketing
- Ability to work both in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple task
- Can easily pick up platform technology
- Resourceful, innovative, fun, creative, and outgoing
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Working Conditions
