Financial/Operational Analyst

JRK Property Holdings is a real estate investment & management firm that has amassed a commercial portfolio across the US valued in excess of $5 billion.

We are currently seeking an Analyst for our Hotel Division!

The major functions for the Hotel Analyst is to collect, prepare, and report data for The Company. The Analyst assists in providing management with financial information vital to the decision-making process. The Analyst also manages the accumulation of all data necessary for accurate reporting.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive and summarized reporting packages to help monitor performance in all critical areas: revenue, expenses, occupancy, etc.
• Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for accurate reporting
• Help analyze capital projects to identify potential ROI
• Preliminary underwriting analysis on new hotel deals
• Assist with budget analysis and other projects as directed

• 2-3 years of analytical work experience, preferably in hospitality and/or REIT industry
• College graduate in Business and/or Finance preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Team player with excellent analytical and reasoning skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, accountable, and mature
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Highest levels of honesty, integrity and ethics
• Prior work experience in a financial analysis capacity
• Strong understanding budget analysis and ROI
