We are seeking a Senior Brokerage Assistant to join our highly energized and successful sales team. Everyday will be different in this role and we will engage a successful candidate in a well rounded list of contributions for the team which will include: marketing, research analysis and a administrative and operational functions for the business.
Primarily responsibilities will be to support a small team of sales professionals that are a subset of a larger team of approximately thirty brokers. The successful candidate is laser-focused on delivering best in class materials and results to our brokers and clients. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated teammate who seeks growth and development in the commercial real estate industry to work in a fun, fast-paced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment for individuals on one of the top brokerage teams in the Triangle.
- Marketing and design implementation in different formats and mediums for internal and external presentations
- Management of existing projects and clients and research/evaluation of new opportunities
- Market research and trend analysis
- Financial modeling and analysis
- Assist in the production of proposals, ranging from standard form pitches to larger, more intensive proposals on behalf of external clients.
- Maintain company databases to track prospects, clients and deal information.
- Research projects as assigned, completing market surveys, including gathering building information, maps, pictures and Co-Star data.
- Provide the sales team dynamic multifaceted support that provides value and development in identified client pursuits
- Ad hoc administrative functions that support the business and revenue generation within the sales team
- Assert discretion and professionalism when given access to confidential and/or private information.
The ideal candidate is someone with a desire to grow within a great company after 2-3 years.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a professional company environment preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word software
- Proficiency with InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to learn new mapping, graphics or industry specific software
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and present complicated information clearly
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
