Responsibilities
  • Strong drive and tenacity to generate successful new business and build upon relationships with long term clients
  • Build a revenue generating sales pipeline, which will primarily consist of prospective accounts
  • Strong desire and ability to pursue daily cold calling opportunities to develop and bring in new clients – this could be as much as 20% of the role years 1 and 2
  • Through consultative approach, our new team member will listen and analyze customer needs and identify strategic real estate solutions Quickly develop superior market knowledge through research and transactional experience
  • Must be a team player and understand the importance of collaboration
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong consideration will be given to candidates who possess:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Real estate certification(s) and / or applicable licenses preferred or obtained within 90 days
  • A minimum of 2-4 years proven sales experience with a focus on outside, strategic selling
  • Integrity and outstanding judgment in all business matters
  • Proven results and success in prior sales role
  • Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and written to individuals and groups in varying levels of responsibility and sophistication
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain a sales/client relationship management (CRM) system
  • Strong professional presence, confidence, and demonstrated ability to present to and close C-level decision makers
  • A good understanding to differentiation and value propositions
