Senior Mobile Web Development Manager

The Sr. Development Manager will work at our Technology Solutions Office in Appleton and will report to the Director of Technology Solutions Development.

• Leads, develops and coaches team
• Delivers results in line with key metrics/accountabilities, including development project timelines and budgets, application quality, system uptime and system performance targets, associate retention and budget control.
• Leads several key projects and/or accountabilities on the team critical to continued growth and success. Projects may include overseeing release management, resource allocation/planning, infrastructure projects, disaster recovery/business continuity processes, DevOps, facilitating Scrum processes and managing consultant relationships.
• Interacts with Product Managers and other stakeholders to plan/prioritize development projects and to effectively allocate resources.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a Technology related field required.

Experience:

• 7+ years experience in a related leadership role.
• 10+ years in commercial software/service/website and mobile development.
• Prior experience managing Scrum/Agile development projects.

Other Skills/Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master certification desirable.
• Strong technical background, specifically Microsoft web development technologies and mobile development.
• Ability to develop and implement growth plans and programs.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to offsite offices or customer sites may also be required, depending on assignment.
