Lead Mobile Engineer

Itemize offers easy and powerful expense management software for your android or Apple device, making expense management easy, affordable, and efficient.

• Itemize seeks an agile mobile developer with an obsessive enthusiasm for the mobile product. S/he will be able to work with marketing, operations, and product management to create a robust product that exceeds customers’ expectations.

• The right candidate will have experience with Swift, Cocoa, C#, Java or similar development language as well as familiarity with iOS SDK, Android SDK, Javascript and RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with Cordova, HTML5, CSS is helpful, but not required.

• The right candidate for this role is eager to own mobile development for Itemize, whether working with the team on substantial new feature development, development in successive improvements, or obsessively identifying and repairing bugs on any scale.

• Experience developing, releasing and maintaining native iOS applications (point us to your apps in the App store)
• Experience developing, releasing and maintaining Android applications (point us to your apps in Google Play)
• Fluent in Objective C
• Fluent in Java
• Strong knowledge of Cocoa, iOS SDK, Android SDK
• Familiarity with RESTful API’s, Git, MVC
• Programming with Swift
• Experience developing finance/business mobile apps
• Experience developing location-based mobile apps
• Experience developing testing suites for mobile apps
• Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML5)
• An eye for UX/UI design
• BA/BS in Computer Science or Equivalent
