Marketing Specialist for Demand Generation

The Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation supports demand generation marketing efforts for IntelePeer. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain first-hand experience with an enterprise CRM system and a best-in-class marketing automation platform.
- Collaborate with team on multi-channel demand generation programs across the buyer journey to target, capture, nurture and deliver qualified leads that will drive revenue
- Create, test, launch, measure and optimize demand generation campaigns, working with the company’s CRM (Salesforce.com) and Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot)
- Assist in campaign audience development, content creation, reporting, and email and landing page preparation, testing and deployment
- Support lead management, data cleansing, and mailbox monitoring for campaigns
- Provide post purchase marketing support to drive customer communications, cross sell opportunities, loyalty and referrals
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- Telecommunications industry knowledge preferred
Expertise & Experience:
- Two years of professional, related experience
- Demonstrated Excel, project management, and troubleshooting skills required
- Past involvement with integrated creative and technical projects in a marketing agency or similar setting preferred
- Prior experience with CRM (Salesforce.com), a marketing automation platform (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo) and B2B marketing experience preferred
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media
