Summary
The Intapp Project Manager - Risk is responsible for managing complex enterprise software implementations including: customer communications, internal resource management, scheduling, documentation and working with the Intapp support and engineering teams. The Intapp Project Manager will be the primary customer contact for the duration of the implementation and holds primary responsibility for project success and customer satisfaction. We're hiring a professional who is skilled at account management, acting as a corporate ambassador, and able to provide effective communication with consistent results.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Intapp projects - Maintain project quality and focus - Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget using Intapp’s Project Management Methodology - Creating, executing and revising project work plans as appropriate to meet changing internal and external requirements - Act as the primary customer contact for managing day-to-day project activities - Submit clear and concise status reports to satisfaction of the customer and all other interested parties - Manage ongoing project documentation such as schedules, issues lists, risk registers, meeting minutes. ensure documents are complete, current, and archived - Communicate proactively to all Intapp concerned parties any existing or potential customer escalation - Track and report team hours and expenses on a daily basis in Salesforce - Analyse project profitability and success - Manage project scope, raising change orders as required - Scope and create statements of work for additional services or changes
Ideal Candidate
- Account management, customer service, or project management experience required – we are looking for candidates who have a substantial amount of customer-facing experience ideally working in a vendor, preferably with a software vendor or web-based service provider - 5 yrs experience in a technology-oriented company or functional role. Legal and/or Risk experience a huge plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; this position involves a significant amount of direct customer interaction - Excellent organisational and administrative skills, must be detail-oriented - Results oriented, resourceful, comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customers in a start-up environment - Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task - Excellent hands-on skills with common office automation products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio) - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred
