Responsibilities

Develop and implement online marketing strategies and tactics for growing and maintaining the Health & Life insurance lead generation verticals
Consistently innovate and design end-to-end online marketing strategies for Health & Life insurance
Develop, conduct, report on and implement the results of on-going landing page CRO tests in collaboration with the UX Designer
Perform on-going creative testing to maximize performance and implement results across marketing channels such as affiliate, e-mail, and CPC marketing
Utilize reporting to set and reach performance goals
Develop accurate monthly forecasts of lead volume and costs to align with the rest of the team and assist in overall strategy development
Stay in tune with industry trends to maintain and update website and marketing content to stay current in a fluid marketplace
Develop an understanding of different lead monetization paths and deliver unique strategies to grow and optimize each path

Ideal Candidate

3+ years of digital, online marketing experience
Must have a proven track record of producing well-executed campaigns on time and within budget
Experience with developing creative requests and testing
Self-starting, results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit
Eagerness to learn and grow in both industry and company knowledge
Familiarity with social media advertising, such as Facebook advertising, Yahoo Gemini
Be comfortable using a content management systems, such as Wordpress or Orchard
Experience writing/editing some HTML/CSS, a plus
Proficient with MS Office (particularly Excel), comfortable learning new computer tools and interpreting data
Demonstrable experience using marketing platforms and analytics, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities on a daily basis
