• Lead and motivate a team of 20 managers who are responsible for 200 inside sellers in our Conway location.
• Develop and direct activities to execute sales strategies and successfully achieve revenue and gross profit goals.
• Grow and improve business relationships with existing and net new clients and partners.

• Strong leadership skills in teamwork and communication across multiple organizations.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas in IT product and services sales environment.
• Strategic planning and execution, negotiating, and change management skills.
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; MBA is highly desirable along with 10 years in sales management in a high-tech or service related industry
