If you are an experienced Sr. Project Manager - IT looking for a position with a leading company, inContact can help! The Sr. Project Manager- IT will be accountable for defining, planning, orchestrating and delivering projects for the Technology Operations organization. This position will ensure that each project is delivered with clearly articulated scope and deliverables.

• Direct medium to large, complex projects often involving multiple teams and departments.
• Direct and manage the project scope to ensure commitments are achieved on time and within budget.
• Represent the project and provide status and financial reports to stakeholders regularly.
• Prepare and execute Statements of Work (SOWs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs)
• Establish and leads project team meetings to manage the progress of the team throughout the IT project life cycle
• Manage and monitor project budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables according to project work plan.
• Create detailed implementation plans, including scheduling, management and support requirements, budget, equipment and personnel resources
• Initiate implementation plans, manages the implementation of IT software applications, system installations, facilitates training, and manages the prototyping of projects if needed.

To Land This Gig You'll Need:

• Bachelor degree preferred or equivelent work experience.
• 10+ years' project experience in the IT industry with project management of medium to large projects.
• In depth knowledge waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Experience in all aspects IT projects including software development and implementations
• Proven ability to gain the trust of and manage sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and works well under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Training and presentation skills
• MS Projects, Power Point and Visio experience is a must

• Software industry experience
• Prior infrastructure experience
• Experience with BMC, Keynote, Gomez, and other infrastructure related monitoring tools
