Senior Designer

We are growing rapidly and are looking for talented Senior Designers to join our amazing team of designers. Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and find yourself asking, “How can I make this better?” and “What does this lead to?” Do you believe that hard work makes for satisfying work? Do you like to collaborate and work on a variety of different kinds of projects? If so, then we would love to talk with you about a place within our team!

• Mentored junior designers to help them find their full potential
• Read project briefs and estimated projects for approval from the Member
• Cultivated positive Member relations
• Jumped on a call with Members to discuss design process and decisions
• Given feedback and art direction on projects
• Participated in our all company trivia night

• Academic concentration in design required.
• At least 2-3 years of work experience strongly preferred.
• Some leadership, mentoring, or management experience preferred.
• Start date is flexible within the months of September and October.
• Business hours are 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. Federal holidays off.
• Compensation is commensurate with experience.
• Flexible vacation policy; some opportunities for occasional telecommuting available.
• This position is intended for current working professionals.
• Must be local or willing to relocate to the Washington, DC metro area for full-time work.
