IGT, the leading slot game manufacturer, is seeking an enthusiastic Engineering Manager who is ready to apply their technical expertise to achieve new levels of productivity and drive innovative designs. • Align with studio culture and build strong community within engineering
• Create efficiencies with staff around process and code designs
• Increase code quality and relationships with production assurance
• Push for innovative solutions to achieve studio objectives
• Meet delivery for multiple game project timelines
• Manage, motivate, coach, mentor engineering staff
• Enhance relationships within game teams to achieve next level of game products
• Project a positive collaborative attitude!

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree required.
• 8+ years in software development experience.
• 3-4 years’ experience in leading engineers is preferred.
• Must be a hands on, dynamic and highly technical leader.
• Must possess in-depth knowledge of C#, C++ or object oriented design/programming languages and development tools.
• Experience or working knowledge on Unity or other game engines is preferable.
• In-depth understanding and experience in designing and building highly scalable distributed systems.
