Financial Analyst III

The primary focus for this position is to partner with assigned executive leadership to provide financial analysis and support. Primary business partners include North America Gaming Sales and Interactive executive management. This position will participate in preparation of the financial forecast and analyze business trends. This position also has heavy involvement in the creation and presentation of quarter-end reporting and trend analysis provided to the senior leadership team. This position reports directly to the Finance Manager, North America Gaming & Interactive.

• Collaborate and build strong business partnerships with NA Gaming & Interactive Sales teams, Sales Operations, Manufacturing, Interactive Product Marketing, and Inside Sales
• Support North America Gaming & Interactive financial forecast and development of annual budget
• Develop a strong understanding of key market trends
• Assist with developing financial reporting packages for multiple business partners
• Provide effective budget management support
• Support quarterly earnings release process
• Special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of finance or accounting experience, including financial analysis
• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Experience with business intelligence, data mining, financial modeling, and database tools (SAP, BPC, Oracle, Hyperion, Business Warehouse, and/or Business Objects)
• Advanced skills with MS Office Products (Excel, Power Point)
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentations
• High degree of initiative and self- motivation
• Business oriented, analytical thinker
