As a Sales Manager on the Partners in Primary Care team you will: proactively manage Sales Consultants by establishing individual strategic plans and implementing best-practices for new patient acquisitions. You will also partner with other associates to effectively influence Medicare Advantage agents and brokers, Senior-focused Community Organizations, to achieve successful business outcomes that meet or exceed targets.
- Manage assigned medical center new patient goals while achieving profitability targets
- Formulate and implement strategies that will help sales consultants meet departmental goals and production requirements.
- Aid in the creation and administration of local marketing budgets
- Ensure the proper education of brokers and agents as to the medical center’s staff, product and services.
- Build and sustain productive long-term relationships with distribution partners and agencies to ensure successful business outcomes
Role Essentials
- High school diploma or Associate’s degree
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior supervisory experience in a sales environment
- MS Office-Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
- This role will require 50-75% local travel
Role Desirables
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish-Fluent levels in both)
- Prior experience with medical center and Medicare Advantage product positioning
- General understanding of economic, financial and operational concepts
- Prior health solutions industry sales experience
