• Act as a trusted Finance business partner to drive global performance
• Deliver in-depth analysis of marketing and operations KPIs and make recommendations on process/policy improvements
• Identify areas of strategic growth and operational efficiency across the business and advise on investment into these areas
• Support business units with diligence and analysis surrounding new products, expansion of services, areas of growth and efficiency
• Assist in driving the budgeting and forecasting process, including revenue, workforce and expense planning
• Develop management reports, board presentations and investor reports
• Prepare actuals-to-forecast and actuals-to-budget variance reporting
• Assist accounting in the monthly closing process
• Assist in the fundraising process including preparing materials for presentations and diligence

• 2-4 years of relevant experience (e.g. FP&A, investment banking, strategy or management consulting)
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including expert knowledge of Excel; knowledge of advanced modeling techniques are key and SQL skills are a plus; working knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite and Adaptive Planning will be helpful
• Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort working both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
• High integrity - you will work with sensitive financial data, so discretion is key
• Demonstrated capacity for developing & understanding strategy and business operations – take some ideas and run with them, while developing your own hypotheses
