The Hobby Lobby E-Commerce warehouse has an opening for a Human Resources Assistant. This is a full-time, hourly position and is located at SW 44th and Council Rd. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Assist with recruiting and orientation
- Data entry for time and attendance
- Manage employee files (electronic and hard copy)
- Maintain department tracking logs
- Respond to inquiries or redirect inquiries to the appropriate staff member for response
- Various support and administrative responsibilities (i.e. filing, ordering and maintaining office supplies, setting appointments, preparing and distributing correspondence, editing documents, etc.)
- Other tasks as assigned
- Knowledge of human resources management, as evidenced by a combination of training, education and experience
- Computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience using human resource information and payroll systems (SAP and Kronos preferred).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive issues
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Communicate clearly, both written and orally
- Have a verifiable work history
- Be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test
