Summary

The Marketing team at Hireology is growing, and we are looking to add a Manager, Marketing to the team. This individual will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving demand and generating advocates for Hireology’s industry leading hiring and talent management software.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute Hireology’s integrated retail automotive marketing strategy through email, webinar, event and direct channels
  • Drive key business metrics including leads, marketing qualified leads and opportunities
  • Measure the success of campaigns and optimize approach based on data
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and thought leaders in retail automotive
  • Manage and build targeted email funnels and strategic campaigns, including calls-to-action and content
  • Attend events and interact with customers and prospects to position Hireology’s value
  • Craft a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product marketing, sales, external influencers and industry experts to develop content that meets the needs of key stakeholders and audiences
  • Deliver training and sales tools to our reps to help them be more efficient and effective
Ideal Candidate
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing demand generation
  • Retail automotive industry knowledge is required
  • Proficiency using marketing automation software to cultivate leads (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers - HubSpot is strongly preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a love for presenting to groups
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred
