Summary

Hightower is looking for talented senior account managers to help support and scale our fastest rapidly growing customer base. Account managers are the ‘face’ of the company ensuring that our clients are successful on the Hightower platform. The AM team is focused on building relationships with accounts, ongoing delivery of value, as well as supporting and scaling accounts over time through greater adoption and new products. We're looking for team players who are entrepreneurial, build incredible relationships with executives, are execution oriented and are looking to build a career at a high-growth tech company.

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with a portfolio of our accounts and their leadership teams to ensure they are successful on Hightower
  • Driving quarterly strategic reviews with these accounts and their senior leadership
  • Building a playbook to deliver value to these accounts over time and creating a management dashboard to track value capture
  • Building strong relationships and identify mutually beneficial areas of business development over time
  • Coordinating closely with our sales team to identify major growth opportunities for us within these accounts
Ideal Candidate
  • 5 - 8+ years of account management experience ideally in a technology company
  • A highly customer-focused mindset; empathy for our customer’s need and pain
  • A strong track record for managing details, coupled with great communication skills
  • A data driven approach to addressing issues and solving problems
  • A 4-year university degree
