HPE End User Experience Management (EUXM) includes market leading capabilities for Application Performance Management. In EUXM we are building the next generation APM portfolio with a strong focus on exceptional customer experience. Helping some of the largest enterprises and service providers around the world ensure maximum availability and performance across their IT Operations environment– which increases user adoption, grow revenue, reduces business risk and increases operational efficiencies.
As a Product Manager within HPE’s EUXM team you will have broad responsibility for ensuring the business success of the product(s) that you manage including the following:
- Creating a winning product strategy based on thorough investigations of customers, the market, competition, build vs.buy, etc…
- Winning executive level support within HP SW for your business plans and strategies
- Developing successful execution plans and roadmaps in conjunction with R&D
- Negotiating on behalf of HP for externally acquired technologies and partnerships
- Leading a broad cross-functional team to deliver products to market
- Developing creative packaging and competitive pricing strategies
- Ensuring outbound teams and sales-channels are prepared to maximize sales of your products
- Managing products throughout the product lifecycle from inception through upgrades to end of life
- 5+ years experience in the enterprise software industry in a product management or product deployment role
- Successful track record of hands on product management for SaaS (Software-As-A-Service) products from conception to ship.
- Knowledge of, or experience with, modern web application, mobile development, application stacks and in-depth knowledge of DevOps tools and processes.
- Demonstrated experience in business strategy, primary research, finance, negotiation and product strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to work with customers.
- Strong teamwork, organizational and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
- MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
