Summary

We are looking for a Marketing/Sales & Communications Specialist to create marketing materials for use by our Employee Benefits group.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Hays’ Account Teams to create customized and specific marketing and communication materials for their clients use in communicating with their employees. Examples include detailed benefits brochures, tailored wellness campaign branding and materials such as posters, postcards, contact cards and powerpoint and/or voice-over media presentations.
  • Utilize Hays marketing collateral to align with the Hays’ brand strategy including, print, web, media, digital and event materials.
  • Execute communication projects from brief writing through the creative process and into final execution.
  • Assist with development of RFP Responses and Proposals to drive new client business.
  • Create and distribute internal and external benefits communications.
  • Coordinate various client mailing projects;
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in marketing, advertising, communications or journalism
  • Two years professional work experience in related field
  • Fluent knowledge of MS Office Products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
  • Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver and mobile application systems required.
  • Experience with sales support & sales technology apps., i.e. “Sales Force”.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to adapt messaging and style to various audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative work style and ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
    • Insurance industry experience preferred
