* Provide guidance on functional solution architecture & design, application and integration development best practices, enterprise architecture standards, environment management, testing, and Force.com platform approach. * Experience on Salesforce customizations, security controls, creating profiles, roles, users, record types, page layouts and email services * Understanding of the development of lightning components and incorporating that development into components that live both in the new lightning interface and in communities * Professional experience in creating Salesforce.com Apex triggers on custom and standard objects, writing Apex Classes, Apex Controllers, test classes, SOAP API, REST API, Batch API, Streaming API, Bulk API , Web Services and developing VisualForce Pages * Proficient in creating custom objects, custom tabs, custom fields, picklist values, role based page layouts, workflow alerts and actions, workflow rules and approvals, validation rules, custom reports and report extractions to various formats * Experience with developing user friendly interfaces in Salesforce using Bootstrap, VisualForce and JavaScript remoting * Experience with data migration tools like Apex Data Loader, Excel Connector to Import and Export the data to the Salesforce.com platform * Experience with relationships between objects like master-detail, lookup, entity relationship, Data model etc. * Worked on SOQL and SOSL queries in data extraction from Salesforce * Experience in integrating AppExchange applications with Salesforce

* 3-5 years Salesforce.com experience * Understanding of Lightning development * Experience in Community development * 1-2 years Apex, VisualForce development * Salesforce Developer DEV401 Certification * Salesforce Advanced Developer DEV501 Certification a plus * Proficient in data manipulation (Excel) * Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent field * Background spearheading CRM product strategy alongside Executives * JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JQuery a plus * Ability to work independently and have a distinct understand of the Salesforce.com platform * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Deep knowledge of key Customer Service components including CTI and Telephony, Knowledge Base, Customer Portals, Workforce Management, Agent Scripting, and relevant KPI's. * Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems. * Exposure to key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign on, and master data management. * Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration. * Experience with enterprise integration / ETL tools * 3+ years of direct experience with Salesforce.com configuration and custom development
