We are a small boutique investment company seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to assist us with the coordination and execution our company’s marketing efforts. This position requires a strong, competent project manager. Responsibilities include the development of marketing collateral, management of media communications, managing the firm’s participation in industry conferences, and providing general support to our investor events. Marketing collateral would include marketing pieces for both foreign and domestic markets, focused on real estate development investments. The Marketing and Communications Manager will produce professional and effective copy to be used in our documents. The position will report directly to the CEO and include responsibilities for creating and delivering marketing ideas, managing 3rd party designers/marketing firms/PR firms, execute on the creation of collateral, investor reports, conference materials, social media output, digital media output and other marketing activities. This individual will manage a library of all marketing collateral, monitor and collect relevant media, ensure that company outbound communications are consistent, and support the marketing needs of our Investor Relations, Project Development and Business Development teams. Marketing experience in real estate, investment and/or finance is strongly recommended. Furthermore, because our investors are foreign nationals, the Marketing and Communications Manager will be required to work cross culture and manage multi-lingual materials.

**Duties/responsibilities:**
- Coordination and project management of the creation of all marketing collateral (print, web, digital, etc) for the company:
- Real estate investment fund collateral, Company branding, Public relations, Business development
- Marketing
- Write, deliver, edit, and optimize copy for marketing materials.
- Creation of brochure/booklets/print materials, flyers, mass-mail, advertisements, sell sheets, event materials, conference materials, etc.
- Assist with general ad hoc marking tasks and generally alleviate marketing workload from all members of the team
- Creation & maintain marketing giveaways
- Communications
- Lead and coordinate media/PR strategies with 3rd party marketing/design/PR firms
- Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies, securities regulations and company values.
- Supervise digital & social media outreach and deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, WeChat, email, or direct mail.
- Coordinate and deliver email newsletter campaigns via Constant Contact
- Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing communications campaigns.
- Provide regular reports summarizing marketing activities and media communications
- Interface with project developer marketing team
- Manage and maintain press contact database along with weekly press email alerts; Monitor and clip media coverage
- Keeps promotional materials ready; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Coordinate flow of information and communication and disseminate it according to plan/strategy.
- Event and conference planning
- Develop and manage marketing/PR/communications budget
- Provide excellent written copy for press releases, media-relations content, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.
- Research media coverage and industry trends.
- Support other company needs as necessary
