Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist at GoHealth, you will play a key role in driving our business forward, and as we serve as the most complete online portal for health insurance coverage in the nation.

• Field inbound sales inquiries to effectively sell health insurance plans via phone
• Learn and adapt quickly, while following GoHealth's internal policies and procedures
• Comply with Federal CMS and State legal requirements and standards
• Provide excellent consumer experience for all callers
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both consumers, and co-workers
• Be the "Face of GoHealth" at the consumer level, and serve as a brand ambassador for the organization

• Able to successfully complete all licensing requirements for Captive Team, or pre-existing valid health insurance license in Illinois
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Driven and competitive in nature
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and performance based environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office Suite
