Financial Analyst

The Analyst will work closely with a small strategy team and interface with business leaders and senior management .

• Build financial models and perform in-depth analysis to evaluate potential strategic acquisitions, investments, and business opportunities
• Prepare materials used to support investment and capital recommendations and communicate with internal constituents, including the management team and Board of Directors
• Prepare presentations for external parties, including third-party investors, distribution partners, regulators and other stakeholders
• Liaise with external constituents, including investors, banks, advisors and potential strategic partners
• Monitor financial market developments and assess the impact on the business and strategy
• Review and maintain current information on peer companies’ earnings, key business metrics, valuation levels and analyst views in order to help inform management team decision-making

• Undergraduate degree required with outstanding academic record and high level of personal integrity
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services. Experience in investment banking, consulting, or insurance is preferred
• Strong analytical / quantitative and technical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated interest in finance and strategy
