Training Coordinator

- Support training programs to meet business needs
- Support interactive learning activities to enhance understanding and retention.
- Analyze feedback and provide recommendations to improve course effectiveness.
- Facilitate time management, student activities, and troubleshooting during class delivery where needed.
- Manage and evaluate training metrics.
- Manage training logistics such as calendars, registration, facilities requirements, and overall project communication.
- Manage classes in LMS
- Manage databases in Excel and Sharepoint
- Manage Share Point site to ensure relevancy and accuracy of information.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors Degree or related experience in marketing, human resources, or instructional design
- Project Management Skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills:
- MS Office
- SharePoint
- PowerPoint design skills to create presentations that are visually appealing and engaging to the participant
- Proficient with audio visual technology
- Demonstrated sound problem solving skills
- Ability to partner and collaborate with internal customers and subject matter experts to create training which meets their business needs
- Independent consulting skills
- Customer focused and results oriented consulting skills
