With a passion to bring real Mediterranean ingredients to the American table, we specialize in jarred olives, peppers, pasta sauces, and so much more!

- Creative, consistent, and engaging content internally and externally on all Mezzetta platforms - Create the Mezzetta voice/personality and vision architecture. - Create consistent internal content to be shared within our culture to improve engagement (facejoy, jump initiatives, newsletter, etc.). - Create consistent external content and programs with all consumer facing platforms (jump initiatives, CSR's, websites, labels, etc.). - Modernize the Mezzetta design to be consistent on all platformsPackaging, Digital/Websites, Offices. - Create inspirational recipes with engaging design and format - Define 2 to 3 effective formats/design/programs. - Create effective platforms to share (blogs, website, and social media). - Push our new creative, recipe's and design for the brand out to the world using technology and P.R. - Improve aided and unaided brand awareness. - Improve household penetration and baseline velocities. - Increase brand awareness and trial - Improve baseline/frequency sales. - Launch and support key innovations. - Establish channel and field marketing strategies and begin implementation.

- 8+ years in a creative leadership role. - A well rounded background with experience at digital agency environment is preferred. - Recognized expertise in advertising, collateral, identity, interactive design. - A strong working knowledge of the fundamentals-interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process-as well as new platforms and technologies for the digital channel (e.g. Flash, Flex, Ajax, etc.) and related mediums.
