Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, challenge, and develop a team of 4-6 Regional Sales Managers
  • Build and implement strategies to grow Fuze’s business and market share through our approved sales methodology
  • Creatively drive efforts to strategically prospect and develop new business partners
  • Attend your team's sales presentations to assist your Regional Sales Manager in ultimately closing new business
  • Learn, develop and implement new ways for Fuze to differentiate itself in the marketplace
  • Acquire an in depth knowledge of Fuze's service offering, knowledge of current market, market share, competition and strategy to secure competitors business
  • Collaborate and communicate with provisioning and customer support, keeping them informed of customer needs and use all corporate resources (financial, marketing, technical, R&D, Administrative) to achieve regional goals
  • Prepare detailed and thoughtful reports (Strategic forecasting, periodic business reviews) maintained in Fuze’s CRM database
  • Investigate and analyze market trends and competitors' positions in the market
Ideal Candidate
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years relevant experience in sales with progressively increased responsibilities
  • A knack for managing a team: 3+ years of hands-on people management
  • The desire to recruit, develop and mentor the best possible team
  • The business savvy to own and exceed your forecast
  • Experience in VoIP, data networking, or hosted application fields (strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of and a demonstrated history developing successful channels for IT services, data services, telecommunications, or business applications (such as CRM, Helpdesk and Content Management)
  • The ability to juggle a variety of complicated tasks, and comfortable leading a remote, dynamic team
  • An organized and analytical approach; able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Excellent analytic and negotiation skills and a keen ability to prioritize
  • The position requires an organized, highly motivated individual that has excellent project and task management skills
  • You are completely comfortable working in a dynamic, technical organization with a fast-growing customer base
