FuseFX is an award winning visual effects studio that provides visual effects services for film, television, commercials, games, and special venues.

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for company president’s schedule and manage overall coordination of his calendar
  • Manage, review, categorize and filter incoming email
  • Arrange and book meetings
  • Manage and organize expense reimbursement for president and other members of management
  • Arrange and coordinate travel for president, management and staff as required
  • Coordinate local and international courier packages
  • Help keep management office areas clean and tidy
  • Handle event planning
  • Plan client entertainment and organizing client gifts
  • Arrange meals for President / management / clients
  • Assist in prepping for client meetings and facility tours as needed
  • Communicating any office problems or issues that may arise with upper management as needed
  • Backup support for receptionist shifts as needed.
  • Assist in managing logbooks for hard-drives, access badges, visitor badges, IT equipment
  • Assist in coordinating studio supplies and misc. orders
  • Misc. administrative tasks assigned by Management / HR / Accounting / Office Manager
Ideal Candidate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 5 years prior experience as a executive assistant in a multi-executive company
  • Prior experience supporting multiple executives, while not required, is a welcome addition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have previous experience handling VIP clients and sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel & Outlook
  • Great problem solving skills and strong initiative
  • Client service related experience an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of the local (Los Angeles) entertainment, restaurant & tourism scene
  • Photoshop experience an asset
