Summary

We are looking for a talented VP, Sales Marketing who will lead strategic go to market strategy development and build a brand for Fullscreen with the brand and agency communities. This person will work closely with sales and develop marketing tactics to achieve sales objectives. The ideal candidate would have a passion for and knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, Vine, Twitter and Snapchat, as well as experience in content marketing, digital entertainment and the world of social media influencers.

In addition to a proven track record of successful sales marketing and managing a team, they would also possess the skill for developing and managing dynamic, innovative marketing campaigns to communicate the value of the Fullscreen platforms and its roster of talent.

Responsibilities
  • Develop overall go to market strategy for Fullscreen Inc., working with sales to achieve its objectives
  • Oversee and execute comprehensive marketing campaign including media, events, and various touchpoints with the target audiences
  • Managing media plans as well as working with an internal creative team on creation of collateral materials and presentations
  • Oversee team and manage ad sales marketing budget
  • Serve as an internal champion for the sales team and how the company supports sales goals
Ideal Candidate
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Marketing, preferably at a media company or agency working on Strategy, Creative, Print, Television and Interactive
  • Strategic out of the box thinker with entertainment and digital marketing experience
  • Understanding of digital media, digital strategy, and emerging trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team, syncing up with larger company initiatives
  • Desire to work in a supercharged environment, taking initiative and managing multiple projects at once
  • Excellent understanding of developing and advising on creative key art, execution and digital media
