Photography and Creative Producer

Based in Washington, DC, with studios in Maryland and Kentucky, we are craftspeople, designers, developers, and storytellers, committed to changing how people frame their most special items.

Framebridge is seeking a Photography Producer to bring our merchandising and editorial dreams to life. You’ll work with Marketing and Creative leadership to conceptualize each shoot, source art and props, hire and manage photographers and stylists, and be on every set to see things through.

You’ll manage our photo library, taxonomy and attribution, and push photo content to Advertising and Content teams for publishing.

Primary resposiblities include

• Work with Marketing and Creative leadership to develop visual content to support all advertising, merchandising, content and social efforts
• Manage photography budget
• Develop and refine photo asset library and taxonomy
• Manage photo crediting, attribution, usage and licensing

Plan and manage 3 - 4 monthly photo shoots, assuming responsibility for:

• Assembling and managing freelance creative teams—photographers, stylists, talent, hair, makeup, etc.
• Scouting and securing locations
• Managing shoot schedules
• Sourcing art and photography to be framed
• Coordinating framing of each piece with Production team
• Sourcing and pulling props

• 3+ years’ experience in styling, photography, or photo/video production role
  • Strong interest in art and design
  • Expert styling eye
  • Incredible organizational and time-management skills
  • Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom expertise
  • Some DSLR photography experience and skill
  • Experience managing staff / contractors
