Summary

Working in a cross-functional environment with operational, business and technology team members within and outside of supported departments, lead operational readiness aspects for portfolio projects, ensuring proper roll-out of products and initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Identify impacts and lead the determination, development and implementation of action plans for required processes and systems, serving for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop awareness and understanding for initiatives by gaining a solid knowledge base and delivering documentation, communication and presentations to impacted groups to achieve established corporate goals.
  • Drive for results by developing influencing strategies and incorporating change management into initiatives.
  • General business functions applied to the Card Services industry: client implementations, industry compliance, program development and solutions for issue management.
Ideal Candidate

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Computer Science

Job Related Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with call center/customer care operations management experience within Card Services industry
  • Experience with call center measurements and principles
  • Knowledge of company’s business procedures and objectives to assess improvement opportunities
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Additional Skills/Knowledge:

  • Proven leadership capability in a matrixed environment
  • Proven ability to build sustainable business partnerships and lead cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to analyze processes and data and make recommendations
  • Demonstrated planning, analytical, problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively
